Justin Leigh Baker son of Kevin Leigh and Anne Marie Baker passed away on June 14, 2012 in Phoenix Arizona.

Justin was born August 11, 1979 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the Sheridan Schools graduating from Sheridan High School in 1998, and went on to attend the University of Nebraska. His passion was his work as a personal trainer.

Justin is survived by his parents, brother Adam Ross Baker, sister Rachel Anne Helms and husband Brent, his grandmother Corinne P. Baker and the late Robert W. Baker, Philip R. and Jeanne A. Brusnahan, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Justin will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Kane Funeral Home with Pastor John Constantine officiating. A reception will follow immediately at the Historical Sheridan Inn.

Memorials to honor Justin can be made to the Donor's Choice.
