Kenneth E. Nelson, age 33, of Sheridan, WY died Sunday, December 07, 2008, in Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

Ken was born December 15, 1974, in Sheridan to Don & LaVonne (Gentz) Nelson.

Ken grew up and graduated in 1993 from high school in Sheridan. Ken worked at several jobs including Domino’s Pizza, Coast to Coast and then for XL Tire Co. He enjoyed being in the mountains, fishing and playing cribbage. He loved his cat “Opie”.

Ken was preceded in death by his father.

Ken is survived by his mother LaVonne of Sheridan and his brother Chris of Rapid City, S. Dakota.

Private graveside service will be held on Wednesday (Dec. 10th) with Bruce Black officiating. Friend are invited to a reception at Noon at the Church of Christ. Arrangements are with Champion Ferries Funeral Home.
