Robyn Demia Pearl OTTESON 1972 - 2013 SHS 1989

It is with sadness beyond belief that the family announces the passing of Robyn.

Robyn was a beloved older sister, treasured daughter, dedicated mother, and friend and confidant to many.

Robyn was born in Grand Forks, ND and was raised in Sheridan, WY.

She spent the majority of her career working for the Boeing Company working space, defense, and commercial programs. She excelled at work and was often finding new challenges to pursue. Her career took her many places including Texas, Alabama, Washington, and Wyoming. She took great pride in working for Boeing and her father was just as proud. She was always raising the bar for her sisters'.

Robyn's lifelong dream was becoming a mother. It was a long, hard path, but Robyn persisted and in usual form, succeeded. She finally achieved that dream in 2011 when she became a mother to her son, Slade Douglas. It was a long time coming and she was incredibly happy to begin life with her son.

Robyn also fulfilled her dream of traveling to Italy. This trip was a experience of a lifetime for her, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Robyn also was an avid reader, a serious movie buff, and had an incredible knack for interior decorating.

Robyn also dearly loved her Alaskan Malamute, Denali. She suffered a great loss when Denali passed, as he was her constant, loving companion.

Robyn is the daughter of Mary and Douglas Otteson (deceased) and older sister of Heather and Hope, and wonderful mother to Slade Douglas, 2 yr. old. She also leaves behind many invaluable friends she made along the way, including those in Washington, Alabama, Wyoming, and Texas. Robyn leaves behind many friends and family who have suffered a great loss and will forever miss her. God bless you Robyn and may you finally rest in peace, till we meet again. We love you.

The memorial service for Robyn will be held at a later date at the Bethesda Worship Center in Sheridan, WY.

Anyone who wishes to contribute to a memorial can make donations to the American Diabetes Foundation or an Animal Rescue of their choice in Robyn's name.
