SHERIDAN -- Memorial services for John D. Prill, 39, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, at Kane Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Stolcis officiating. Interment will follow in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

He died Feb. 15, 2008, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

He was born Nov. 6, 1968, in Sheridan, to Bud and Teri Prill. He attended school in Sheridan and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1987.

He married Collette Mallinger on April 16, 1994.

He enjoyed bow hunting, boating, working on cars and building things.

He worked for Prill Brothers as a sheet metal worker.

Survivors include his wife, son, Stephen Prill; daughter, Stephanie Prill; stepsons, Jesse, Michael and Mason Cerwick, all of Sheridan; his parents of Ranchester; his brother, Gary Prill of Sheridan and his grandfather, George Jensik.

He was preceded in death by his stepson, James Cerwick; his grandparents, David and Mary Prill and his grandmother, Dorothy Jensik.

Kane Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
