Wade Howard RUEGAMER 1966 - 2005 SHS 1985
OBITUARIES - BILLINGS GAZETTE - September 29 2005 BIG TIMBER - Wade Howard Ruegamer died on Sept. 26, 2005, at his home in Big Timber. Wade was born July 13, 1966, in Missoula. He graduated from high school in Sheridan, Wyo., where he played legion baseball and was a member of the golf team. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Regis College in Denver, and worked as a bank examiner for the State of Wyoming.

Wade was a sergeant in the Army and spoke with pride of his eight years with the military. The political climate in our country and abroad continued to be of interest and he loved to debate it.

Wade was a walking encyclopedia of sports trivia and an avid U of M Grizzly fan. He was a gentle man who loved the quiet beauty and solitude of Eagle Butte ranch, where he lived for the past four years. County western music and Wade's tacos welcomed all who visited lower Sweetgrass Creek.

Family was important to Wade, especially the role he played as uncle.

He is survived by his father Bill (Billings); sister Wendy (Dave) Dewey, Sheridan, Wyo.; nieces Kylee, Brittani and Bridger Dewey; special uncle Vince Ruegamer (Billings); and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding Wade in death was his mother Ann.

Gatherings will always include the memory of Wade's warmth and kindness. We were blessed to be loved by you, Wade.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the Grizzly Athletic Scholarship Association at the University of Montana, Missoula.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, St. Pius Church, Billings.

Michelotti-Sawyers is in charge of arrangements.
