Michael James Hart, 50, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, in Billings.

He was born on November 1, 1965, in Salina, KS, to parents James and Justine (Morris) Hart. He married Heidi Gordon in 2010.

He served 21 years in the U.S. Navy before retiring.

Mike enjoyed riding his Harley, road trips, hunting, dogs, hiking, mountains, outdoors and spending quality time with the people and dogs he loved.

Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ebben Wendell and Emily Morris; father, James Hart; and uncles Breezy, Gary and Elton Morris.

He is survived by his wife, children; Priscilla Masid of Denver, CO, Dalton Hart of Sheridan, WY, Caleb Fenn of Manhattan, KS, mother, Justine Hart of Casper, WY, siblings; Michelle (Robert) Perkins of Casper, WY, and his extended family, too numerous to mention.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2016, at Kane Funeral Home. A picnic will follow at the Kendrick Park Band Shelter with Military Honors at 4:00.
