Feb. 4, 1965 - Apr. 22, 2020.

Craig Dwaine Bobbitt passed away on April 22, 2020 in Billings, MT at St. Vincent Hospital following a short illness.

He was born in Sheridan Wyo. to Dwaine and Judy Bobbitt (Kiester). He attended School at Highland Park and Linden, Central Junior High and Sheridan High schools. He belonged to the Cub Scout program in grade school. He then went to Casper College where he served as the President of the Student Body and graduated with an Associate Degree in business.

Craig joined the Army where he found his calling and became a medic. During his time in Desert Storm, Craig and his troop took the lead to prepare the campsites and insure the safety for the rest of the troops. After the war he went to Honduras with the military for a humanitarian tour of duty. Craig was very proud of his military service and the accomplishments he achieved there.

Craig was stationed in Augusta, Georgia receiving many medals for his time in Desert Storm . Craig received a honorable discharge in 1996. Craig loved Georgia where he went to work in the Public Health Department working in impoverished neighborhoods. Craig was well loved and respected. He moved back to Sheridan in 2016 to be closer to family.

Craig is survived by his mother Judith Bobbitt, his daughter Mia Janes and grandchildren Shaylyn and Conner of Denver. sisters Shelly Jelly (Marty) Melissa Jelly (Jim) of Sheridan and Lindy Leffingwell of Clyde Park, Mt. Number of nieces and nephews.

A small service will be held this summer.
