David Scott Ketcham, 49, of Rawlins, WY, passed away at his residence on Friday, May 13, 2011.

Dave was born on October 24, 1961 in Billings, Mt to Barbara Ann (Butkay) and Garey Eldon Ketcham. He attended school in Sheridan and later earned a B.A. in Science at the University of Wyoming. David was working as a Counselor at Carbon County Counseling Center in Rawlins at the time of his death.

Dave loved golfing, playing darts, hanging out with friends, his family and his cats; Lucy and Desi. He was a board member of the Sinclair Golf Course, Volunteered at the VFW in Rawlins and he was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church.

Dave was preceded in death by his mother in 1995 and his grandparents.

He is survived by his father Garey, sister; Judy (Bill) Jackson of Helena, MT his brothers; Garey (Marcia) Ketcham of Ft. Worth, TX, Steve (Tammy) Ketcham of Sheridan, WY and Larry (Lorie) Ketcham of Windsor, CO also his Nieces and nephews; Brian, Kevin and Kayla Ketcham of Ft. Worth, TX, Jordan Jackson of Dallas, TX and Ethan Jackson of Helena, MT. Danielle and Jessica Ketcham of Sheridan, WY and Zhenya, Mar’yana and Izzie Ketcham of Windsor, CO.

Funeral Services for Dave will be at 10:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2011, at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Ron Stolcis officiating. Internment will be in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. A reception will be at the Parish Hall following the service.
