Jackie Ann (Obermueller) Harmon, 46, of Chehalis, WA, formerly of Sheridan, went to be with her father in Heaven, on September 9, 2005 after battling cancer for one and a half years.

Jackie was born to Reinold and Martha Obermueller on August 5, 1959 in Lincoln, Kansas. She attended grade school in Westfall, Kansas and moved with her family to Greeley, Colorado where she attended middle school. They then moved to Sheridan, Wyoming where she graduated from high school in 1977.

Jackie was married to Ron Harmon on December 15, 1978. They moved to Yakima, Washington in 1979 where they raised their five children.

Jackie went to work for Metal Benders in 1992 where she was a bookkeeper then to CMV Fabrication, now FAB Tech, before relocating to Chehalis in 1998. She then went to work for Ken Lyon at Industrial Fabrication and Testing as a controller until her death.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Ron of twenty-seven years. Her children, Nicholas, Neil, Newton, Nathan, and Nicole, all at home. Her step-children, Sherina Eissler of Billings, Montana, Debra Hibbert of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Kenneth Harmon of Sheridan, Wyoming. Her mother, Martha Obermueller of Sheridan, Wyoming. Her siblings, Darla Lotz of Park City, Montana, Peggy Landis and her husband, Dwight of York, Pennsylvania, Candy Morris of Woodstock, Georgia, and Brian Obermueller and his wife, Renee of Sheridan. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her father preceded her in death in 1982.

Jackie’s love of life was her family, friends, and her job. Her children kept her busy most of the time but her job was very important to her. She had the greatest boss in the world and looked forward to going to work to watch the company grow. Her bosses support and love during her illness will never be forgotten. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 24, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor William Heine officiating with interment to follow at the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. Kane Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
