Russell O. "Rusty" BRUCE 1958 - 2019 SHS 1976

Russell O. "Rusty" Bruce, 60, passsed away on January 4, 2019 in Billings, Montana at Riverstone Hospice House.

He was born August 13, 1958 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Carl and Glenita (Hill) Bruce, where he graduated from Sheridan High School in 1976. Rusty married the love of his life, Pam Sanders on January 13, 1985 in Anchorage, Alaska. They traveled and worked across several States, with their longest stays in Alaska, Washington and recently Montana. Rusty started his life long career of flooring installation at 14 years, working with his father in the family business. He then became a self-employed Flooring Contractor, with his own son working beside him in the last few years. He always took great pride in his work, he wanted a happy customer.

Rusty's passion was riding his Harley cross country and through the mountains with Pam and friends. Where ever he rode, he always came home with a great story and a new friend.

He is survived by wife, Pam of Hardin, Montana; two sons: Ryan of Portland, Oregon; Cody and grandson, Auggie of Billings Montana; his parents, Carl and Glenita (Hill) Bruce of Dyersburg, Tennessee; siblings: Joy (Rick) Troutt Pueblo, Colorado; Kim Curran and several nephews, nieces and extended family members.

Family and friends are encouraged to leave memories and condolences on Face Book- Rusty Bruce. A Celebration of Rusty's life will be held in late spring at Sheridan, Wyoming and mid August at Whidbey, Washington.
