Barry G. Spicer, 48, of Sheridan died Saturday, March 13, 2004, in Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery with Pastor Bob Miller officiating.

Arrangements are with Champion Ferries Funeral Home.

Mr. Spicer was born Nov. 7, 1955, in Belle Fourche, S.D., to Loren and Cora (Gardner) Spicer. The family moved to Sheridan when he was a child, and he graduated from Sheridan High School. He married Marsha Donges in 1979 at Crow Agency, Mont. They were later divorced.

Mr. Spicer worked for Guernsey Stone, then for Rehabilitation Enterprises of North Eastern Wyoming.

A member of First Congregational Church, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and was a former Jaycee.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Ernest.

Survivors include a son, Michael of Fort Collins, Colo.; a daughter, Angela of Ranchester; his mother and stepfather, Cora and Clint Foslien of Sheridan; and a brother, Douglas of Rock Springs.
