Jim was born April 2, 1954 in Sheridan, WY to Selmer and Crewe (Reynolds) Moeller. He graduated from the Sheridan High School in 1972. Jim married Chris Muser June 6, 1981 in Rapid City.

He is survived by his wife Christine Moeller of Rapid City, two daughters, Jennifer Moeller and Ashley Moeller both of Rapid City, his father, Selmer Moeller, his sister, Doris Moeller-Edwards and husband Steve all of Sheridan, WY, mother in law, Rae Muser, brother in law, Rick Muser and wife Linda and their children, Alyssa and Amanda all of Rapid City.

He was preceded in death by his mother, and his father-in-law, Jim Muser.

A memorial service will be at 2pm on Monday, April 24, 2006 at Kirk Funeral Home in Rapid City with Pastor Brent Woodard officiating.
