Nancy passed away in Seattle, WA on November 1, 2010 after a courageous seven year battle with Multiple Myeloma.

Nancy was born in Sheridan, Wyoming on March 3, 1954 to William and Julia Cook. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1972.

Nancy lived in Everett, Washington before moving to Silverhill, Alabama in 1999. She had returned to Seattle in March 2010.

Nancy’s most rewarding career was the 10 years that she spent working for the Boeing Company in Everett, Washington. Nancy also worked as a medical technician in Alabama, and a title clerk for Chris Myers Dodge in Daphne, Alabama before she became ill.

Nancy will be remembered for her kindness and willingness to help out those in need, yet asking for nothing in return. She had a gentle spirit that will truly be missed.

Nancy is survived by her daughters Stephanie Marmont and Jennifer Marmont of Alabama and her sister Judy Miller of Federal Way, Washington. Her Grandchildren include Carly Byers, Nicholas, Christian, Julia and Grayson, all living in Alabama.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jacob Michael Byers of Alabama.
