David ALLER 1951 - 2012 SHS 1969

David Aller, 61, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from an accident in Sheridan, WY.

David was born on June 9, 1951 in Sheridan to Lester and Mary Aller. At an early age, David began to follow in his father's footsteps as he learned mechanical skills while working beside his dad at Les's Garage.

David graduated from Sheridan High School and served with the Wyoming National Guard before he and his parents emigrated to Moricetown, British Columbia, Canada where they owned Skeena Market. In addition to keeping very busy with the family business, David was a dedicated volunteer with the ambulance service for Moricetown and was highly respected by the Wet'suwt'en people of Moricetown for his compassionate volunteer work in behalf of their village. While living in Canada, David became interested in tae kwan do.

After his father passed away, David and his mother continued to operate Skeena Market until 1990 when they returned to Sheridan.

In addition to having a strong work ethic, David was generous and thoughtful. He was happiest when he could be doing something to help others.

David will be greatly missed by his sisters; Linda Newman of Springdale, AR, Janice Aller of Arlington, VA, and Sharon Renner of Bismarck, ND.
