Carol Jean Knudson passed away peacefully on April 27, 2014 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, Sheridan, WY.

Jean, as she was known to her family and friends was born April 3, 1949 to Carl Edwin Knudson and Mary Josephine (Kouba) Knudson in Sheridan Wyoming. She attended Sheridan Public Schools and graduated from Sheridan High School with the class of 1968.

As a child she represented Wyoming as the 1954 Easter Seals poster child.

She worked at several jobs including, Johnson's Grocery, The Sheridan County Library, the P.O. Cafe and most recently for the Senior Citizen Center.

She enjoyed spending holidays with her family and friends. She also was very good at crocheting, loved to watch football, and meeting friends for coffee. Jean will be missed by all of us.

Jean was preceded in death by her brother Andy, her parents and numerous aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her brothers Ed (Brenda ) of Sheridan, Pat (Bunnie) of Malabar, Florida, nephews Eric (his son Caleb) and David of Sheridan, and her niece Rachel Antolin (Fernando) and their new son Julian of Tacoma WA.

No services are planned.
