Sharon ALLER Renner 1947 - 2014 SHS 1965

Sharon Aller Renner, 66, Bismarck, North Dakota, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at Sanford Health, Bismarck.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2014, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services, Mandan with Fr. Nick Schnieder officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services. A private burial will be held at a later date in Mandan Union Cemetery, Mandan.

Sharon was born May 12, 1947, in Rawlins, Wyoming, to Lester and Mary (Doggett) Aller. At a young age she moved with her family to Sheridan, Wyoming, where she graduated from high school.

She later attended Billings Business College in Billings, Montana. Sharon worked for Continental Trailways and Greyhound Bus Lines for a number of years, and lived in Wyoming, Montana, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Most recently she worked for the Adult Learning Center in Bismarck.

On October 14, 1989, she married Robert Renner in Mandan.

She loved traveling to British Columbia, Canada to visit her family after they emigrated. She especially cherished her times visiting with her mother and brother after they returned to Sheridan, Wyoming following her father's death. Sharon also enjoyed her gardening and cleaning jobs. She helped Gary and Lynn with their flower garden the past many years. She was very proud of her English heritage and enjoyed watching her British programs on TV and keeping up with anything English.

Sharon was a very caring, giving and thoughtful person and always put everyone else first. She never wanted to be a burden to anyone and was more concerned about how you were doing than herself.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; two sisters, Linda Newman, Springdale, Arkansas, and Janice Aller, Arlington, Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Josephine, Gary and Lynn, Valerie, Dolly, Sharon, Kandy, Sandy, Mary, Serri, Alice, Judy, Cora, and Sharon.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and one brother, David Aller.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bismarck Cancer Center or donors choice.
