Iva “Kay” Martini, 65, of Otter, Mont., died Aug. 7, 2008, in Laramie.

She worked at First National Bank in Sheridan for 20 years.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Cornerstone Community Church, 4351 Big Horn Ave., with the Rev. Tony Forman officiating. Arrangements are with Champion Ferries Funeral Home.

Born Feb. 21, 1943, in Broadus, Mont., to Ernest and Fern (Crocker) Franklin, she attended Billup country school through the eighth grade and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1961.

She married Don Martini in Hardin, Mont., in 1961. After their divorce, she married Gib Lloyd in 1997. They also divorced.

She was associated with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in Denver for five years.

She moved to her grandparents’ homestead in 1991 and ranched there ever since.

She was a member of Farm Bureau, R-Calf, and the Montana Catttleman’s Association.

She enjoyed breading good cattle, riding horseback, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by son Marc Martini of Laramie; daughter Lorna Antoniak of Longmont, Colo.; brother Bruce Garber of Spokane, Wash.; sister Diana Schumacher of Black Hawk, S.D.; and four grandchildren.
