Carroll A. TETSCHNER 1941 - 2015 SHS 1959

Carroll A. Tetschner, age 74, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015.

He was born on April 2, 1941 in Sheridan, to parent's Allen and Helen Tetschner. He attended Sheridan High School and graduated with the class of 1959.

He married Rebecca Rawlings on June 18, 1960. They later divorced but remained companions through the years.

Carroll enjoyed spending time with the family especially his grandchildren, being in the mountains where he fished, snow machined, camped, went hunting and 4-wheeling. He also enjoyed boating and water skiing.

He was a mechanic most of his life, working for Ed Hammer, Inc. for many years. He was also employed by the Wyoming Highway Dept. at Burgess Junction Maintenance Camp for several years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Raymond, and one granddaughter, Tiffany, and his favorite dog, Runt.

He is survived by his companion of 55 years; daughters, Gwen Tetschner-Williams and Tracey (Steve) Baumgartner; his sons, Allen Rowdy Tetschner and Kyle Tetschner; randchildren: Josh (Sonni) Williams, Zach (Joni) Williams, Spencer Tetschner, Vanna (Chris) Ballard, Amy Baumgartner, Larry (Krystle) Baumgartner, Brittney Baumgartner, Kelsey (Anna) Tetschner and Keith Tetschner; Great-grandchildren: Zade & Zylee Williams, Dax & Shay Williams, Aubrey Ballard, Beau Baumgartner, Piper Baumgartner and Briley & Braelynn Tetschner; his sisters, Shirley (Ray) Weinberg, Karen (John) Steir, Agnes Blaney, and Fern (Mike) Leach; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will take place from 2 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Champion Funeral Home. Services for Carroll will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Champion Funeral Home with the Reverend Richard Sykes officiating. Interment will be in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Elks Lodge.
