Ret. CPO Charles “Chuck” Kelley passed away peacefully on April 2, 2020, at his home in Rowlett, TX, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born September 1, 1940, in Sheridan, WY, to Charles William Sr. and Myra Kelley. Chuck served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Chuck is survived by his wife: Sharon Kelley; son: C.W. Kelley of Washington D.C.; foster daughter: Margaret Johnson of Nashville, TN; sister: Shirley Kelley-Holdrege of Nebraska; grandchildren: Kelley Hoyer of Asheville, NC, Ian Horner and Christa Horner both of Chesapeake, VA; foster grandson: Preston Johnson of Nashville, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Reneé Lisa.
A private family service will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home " Rowlett Chapel.
