Cecelia died quietly in her home in Gig Harbor, Washington on April 5, 2001.

She was born October 2, 1939 in Decatur, Nebraska, and her family lived in several western states including Wyoming, where she graduated from Sheridan High School in 1958.

She was a gifted secretary who held many important positions at the college level such as Administrative Assistant and Secretary to the Dean.

Before moving to Gig Harbor, she also lived in Fort Collins, Colorado, Juneau, Alaska, and Bozeman, Montana.

Amongst her many interests Cecelia enjoyed reading, tennis, gardening, cats and nature.

Cecelia was a devoted wife and mother, and will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by her 2 husbands, Ted R. Musgrave and Olof C. Wallmo, brother William H. Eagleton and sister Joanne Woytovech.

She is survived by her 2 children, John Thomas Musgrave of Gig Harbor, Washington and Marianne Francis Regnier of Ventura, California; sisters, Patricia Hoye Dean, Rowena E. Duncan; brothers James Gregory Eagleton and John Clemet Eagleton.
