SHERIDAN -- Memorial services for Ted W. Buckley, 69, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church with the Rev. John Meyer officiating.

He died April 17, 2008, at his residence.

He was born on March 23,1939, to John and Jennie (Green) Buckley in Sheridan.

He joined the Ail Force in May 1961, and retired May 1981.

He worked for the United States Postal Service until his retirement in 2001, after 18 years with the post office.

He held various positions in the union.

He married Peggy MacCatherine on Dec. 23,1961.

He was an avid E-Bayer and wouldn't miss a garage sale or auction.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; his daughters, Shannon Hugs and her husband and Kelley Buckley and her companion;six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Chappell, and his best friend, Homany.

He was preceded in death by his parents and various other family members.

Kane Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made in his name to the Kalif Shriner's Hospital Travel Fund, 145 W. Loucks, Sheridan, WY 82801.
