Arlene Sackett Kay, 69, of Cheyenne died Jan. 11 in Cheyenne.

She was born Dec. 23, 1935, in Sheridan.

She was a records technician for the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

She is survived by her son, Joseph "Mike" French of Cheyenne; a daughter, Lisa Rene Lofquist of Whittman, Ariz.; a brother, Wallace Kay of Tacoma, Wash.; a sister, Patricia Smith of Buffalo; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Dorothy (Sackett) Kay.

The memorial service led by family and friends begins 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Schrader Chapel.

Cremation will be at Schrader's Sunset Park Crematory.
