SHERIDAN - Memorial services will be held at a later date for Sheridan resident Eleanor R. Bickel, 69, who died Feb. 26, 2003, in her home.

Born June 26, 1933, in Sheridan, she was the daughter of Ervin and Julia (Schedlock) Bickel; and was raised and educated in Sheridan.

She worked for Capital Drug Store for many years and, later, was a cleaning lady for Healy Law Office.

Her interests included raising African violets, painting, decorating, and artwork. She loved to write poems.

Survivors include three nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Allen "Bud" Bickel; and a sister, Goldie Halverson.

Memorials may benefit the Senior Citizen's Center, 211 Smith St., Sheridan 82801.
