Joseph NEJEDLY 1932 - 1990 SHS 1950

WORLAND, Wyo. -- Joseph Nejedly worked for Mountain Bell since 1952.

He served in the Army in Korea for a year and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He was an outdoorsman.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Elks Lodge, Telephone Pioneers, Worland Garden Club and American Legion.

Mr. Nejedly, 58, died after a short illness Monday in Billings Deaconess Medical Center.

Born in Sheridan, a son of Albert Joseph and Flossie Berry Nejedly, he graduated from Sheridan High School, attended Sheridan College, Casper Community College and the University of Wyoming in Laramie.

On Nov. 2, 1960, he married L. Maxine Horsley in Gillette.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Nancy E. Measles of Douglas; his mother of Sheridan; and three sisters, Peggy Buell of Buffalo and Jackie Stainhower and Eunice McEwen, both of Sheridan.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in First Christ Church with burial in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.
