Geraldine "Gerry" GOODMAN Lower 1932 - 1995 SHS 1950

SHERIDAN - Memorial services for Geraldine "Gerry" Lower, 63, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the LDS Church in Sheridan by Bishop Robert Brown. Ferries Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lower died Nov. 21, 1995, at Westview Health Care Center after a long battle with cancer.

She was born March 18, 1932, in Sheridan, the daughter of Henry and Katherine (Glantz) Goodman. She was raised and educated in Sheridan, graduating from high school there. She went to work for First National Bank (now Key Bank of Wyoming) in the early 1950s, retiring in 1994.

On April 20, 1972, she married Eugene Lower in Sheridan. In 1980, she and her husband went into business as Presto Print.

Mrs. Lower was a member of the Jeans and Queens Square Dance Club for 24 years. She enjoyed volunteer work, especially at Memorial Hospital, flowers, yard work, and birds. She was a member of the LDS Church.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Survivors include her husband of Sheridan; a son, Troy D. Girrard of Santa Fe, N.M.; a daughter, Roxanne Boone of Buffalo; two brothers, William Goodman of Sheridan and Walter Goodman of Story; four sisters, Rachel Schmidt of Buffalo, Freeda Kaufman of Boise, Idaho; Rose Zowada and Helen Kramer, both of Sheridan.
