Alfred Bishop, Jr., 86, of Sheridan, WY passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Westview Health Care Center.

Alfred was born in Sheridan, Wyoming on February 27, 1932 to Alfred Sr. and Gladys (Siricks) Bishop.

During his early adulthood he loved photography and was an avid member of the local photography club. He was intrigued by how things worked and would tinker with them. He enjoyed woodworking and building things in the garage. Animals, dogs in particular, were his passion and he had many through the years.

Alfred married Eva Marie Woods in June of 1954. Two sons were born to this union, Richard and Milo Bishop.

Retail was in Al's blood. He worked at J.C. Penny's for many years. He also worked for Montgomery Wards until its closure. He had owned his apartment buildings since the early 60's and did his own maintenance and managing.

Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Sr. and Gladys Bishop, and one brother, Bob Bishop.

He is survived by his wife, Eva; and sons, Richard Bishop of Sheridan, WY and Milo Bishop of Casper, Wyoming; and two grandchildren, Jessica and Nicole Bishop.

At the request of Al, there will be no services.
