Margaret L. (Marge) Shanley, born 21 June 1932, Sheridan, Wyoming. Parents: James S. and Lois J. Hamilton. She passed away on 28 November 2009 surrounded by her family. She resided at 8243 South 560 East in Sandy, Utah at the time of her death.

Grew up on a ranch in Southeastern Montana, attended business college in Sheridan, Wyoming. Retired from US Civil Service after 38 years, in 1989. Member and Past Matron of Mount Olympus Chapter #23, OES, and member of Iris Court #47, Ladies of the Oriental Shrine. Loved her time golfing and lunching with friends.

Married William B. Shanley on 19 December 1966. Children: Barbara (Greg) James and Debbie (Neal) Abbott and Sherry (Gene) Bryant. Eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive (1495 East), East Millcreek. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.
