Sheridan native Jenny Louise Rollins, 76, of Phoenix died April 22, 2008, in a Phoenix hospital.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria, Ariz.

Mrs. Rollins was born Oct. 1, 1931, in Sheridan to Gothard and Evelyn (Ely) Bylund. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1949.

She worked as a stewardess for American Airlines, secretary for the Phoenix Union High School District, and as a homemaker and mother.

She enjoyed travel, including trips to Laughlin, Nev., and Sheridan in the summer to be with family and friends. She also enjoyed shopping sprees, sharing chocolate and pastries, reading and following Wyoming Cowboys football and basketball.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Melisse Jeanne Grey and Donna Lee Rawlings.

Survivors include her husband, Carl; a son, Scott R.; and two sisters, Evelyn E. Griesser of Tucson, Ariz., and Mary N. Taliaferro of Castle Rock, Colo.
