William "Bill" George Barbula, 80, of Sheridan, Wyoming passed away on Monday, March 29, 2010 at Sheridan Manor.

Bill was born on January 7, 1930 to William and Rose Barbula in Monarch, Wyoming. He was a Rancher on the Lower Tongue River for most of his life.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rose Barbula.

He is survived by his wife Arline Barbula; children, Tom Barbula of Gillette, Wyoming, Willie Barbula, Bonnie Sorenson, Judy Smith and Kathy Lucas all of Sheridan, Wyoming as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 4, 2010 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. with a Christian Wake Service at 7:30 with Father Ron Stolcis officiating. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 5, 2010 at Holy Name Church with Father Ron Stolcis officiating. Internment in the Elks Cemetery to follow with the reception at the Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Bill’s name to Holy Name Church, 260 E. Loucks, Sheridan, WY 82801, Holy Name School, 121 S. Connor, Sheridan, WY 82801 or RENEW, 1969 S. Sheridan Ave., Sheridan, WY 82801.
