Patricia A. Uzzell died May 14, 2014.

She was born March 22, 1929, to V. M. Towns and Sara Lawrence Towns in Sheridan, Wyoming. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1947, and attended Drury College, in Springfield, Missouri.

She began her banking career at First Nation Bank of Sheridan and continued at Central Bank of Denver. She moved from the bookkeeping department to the newly formed Credit and Debit Department.

She married Robert K. Uzzell in 1966. She retired from Banking in 1983, due to health reasons. They moved to Grand Junction Colorado in 1985.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty L. Towns, and husband, Robert K. Uzzell.

She is survived by her sisters, Emma Jean Lilly of Vancouver, Washington; Margaret E. Strickland of Clifton, Colorado; brother, R. J. Towns of Sheridan, Wyoming, and many nieces and nephews.

She was a loving person who cared greatly for her church family and many friends. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and fishing. She liked bowling, and playing bingo and card games. She was an avid fan of the Rockies both Denver and Grand Junction.

A memorial service and reception will be held at the Convent Presbyterian Church, 237 32 Road on May 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
