Edward James Phillips, 73, of Thermopolis died Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at Canyon Hills Manor.

Graveside services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. He was born June 27, 1928, in Sheridan.

Survivors include a sister, Mae Phillips Harper of Quartz Hill, Calif.; and several nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews and a great-grandnephew.
