Maryann Eileen Short, 82, of Bellingham, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 10th at St. Francis Ext. Care.

She was born on October 18, 1928 in Sheridan, Wyoming, the oldest of 3 daughters, to Katherine and John Mehilek.

Maryann is survived by 2 sons in Washington and one sister in Colorado.

A widow for many years, Maryann relocated to Sudden Valley in the 1990s and lived an active lifestyle.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Tuesday evening, 6:30pm, at the Deer Run Apartments, near Sunset Drive and Orleans St.
