Wilma Jane Bell (nee Green) died peacefully after a long illness in Reno, Nevada on Sunday, May 25th. She had a long and happy life and was surrounded by love.

Wilma was born on September 20, 1927 in Moorcroft, Wyoming. Her family moved to Sheridan when she was young and she graduated from Sheridan High School.

In September of 1951, she married Warren Lancer Bell also of Sheridan. Throughout their 59 year marriage they lived in Montana, Utah, Nevada, and California.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren, in 2010.

She was the beloved mother of Sharon, Merry, and Kathryn and the devoted grandmother of Meagan, Cody, and Kacie. Wilma loved family best and will be missed by her brother, Robert Green, and her sisters Peg Mock, Mary Lott, Rojean Thompson, and Alta Stockhill. She will be missed.

A family memorial and celebration of life will be held for her at a later date.

In lieu of flowers do something kind for a needy stranger. Wilma did random acts of kindness until the end.
