Harry Ernest BRADSHER 1925 - 2001 SHS 1946

CASPER - Services for Harry Ernest Bradsher, 75, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Moore of First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial is in Highland Cemetery. Viewing is from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

He died March 11. 2001. at Wyoming Medical Center.

He was born June 29.1925, in Sheridan, the son of Harry Ernest Sr., and Florence (Cheever) Bradsher. He graduated from Sheridan High School and attended the University of Wyoming.

He served In the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War.

He married Jean Woolston on Sept. 30, 1961, in Casper.

He worked as a letter carrier for the U.S. Post Office and retired in 1983. After retirement, he helped out at Bud's BBQ.

He was a member of the Independence Rock Masonic Lodge No, 56. Casper Shrine Club calliope unit. York Rite Bodies. Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Korein Temple, Consistory Club, National Association of Retired Federal Employees. National Association of Retired Letter Carriers, a life member of Casper Elks Lodge No. 1353, VFW Post No, 2. American Legion George W. Vroman Post No. 2 and Cowboy Joe Club.

He enjoyed flowers. helping neighbors, traveling and he loved animals.

Survivor include his wife of Casper and a brother, Gene Bradsher of El Paso.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, William and Herbert "Corky" Bradsher and serveral nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Shrine Travel Fund for Children or charity of the donor's choice Memorial Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory will be in charge of arrangements.
