Carl J. Stuka of Denver, a retired state highway department employee, died Thursday in Denver. He was 74. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Church of the Risen Christ, 3060 S. Monaco Parkway. Interment will be in Littleton Cemetery. He was born April 9, 1925, in Dietz, Wyo. He married Helen L. De Salvo in Pueblo. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Carl and Todd, both of Denver; five sisters, Stella Gorzalka and Nellie Mae, both of Sheridan, Wyo., Henrietta Sutphin and Mary Weber, both of Casper, and Wanda Godawski, Chicago; and a brother, Walter, Gibsonville, N.C.
