"Sonny" Eleanor Florence Fairless, 79, of St. George, Utah, passed away Monday, Sept. 26, 2005.

She was born July 30, 1926, in Monarch, Wyo.

Sonny was a resident of Nevada for 49 years and of St. George, Utah, for 10 years.

She was a retired hostess from the Flamingo Hilton, an artist and gardener.

Sonny was a member of the Baptist Church and a member of the Elks Widows Association.

She was a baseball fan and the most dedicated and devoted mom and nana.

Sonny was married for 35 years, to Jack C. Fairless, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two children, Rodger J. Fairless; daughter, Deborah L. Keys; six grandchildren, Renae Keys, R.J. Fairless, Keri Sadler, Sondra Martinez, Jackson Fairless and Kylie Fairless; and three great-grandchildren, Kaddie Keys, Beau Fairless and Makenna Sadler.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 1, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Arrangements were handled by Davis Funeral Home.
