SHERIDAN, Wyo. - Shirley May Fletcher had worked as a bookkeeper and secretary-treasurer for Fletcher's Construction Co. She had been chairman of Sheridan County Red Cross and coordinator for the Cancer Society, a director of Bighorn Mountain Horse Show and Sheridan Area Antenna Association, and was a member of CowBelles, Woodland Park PTA, McCormick Home-makers and Big Goose Community Club. She also taught Sunday school.

Mrs. Fletcher, 57, died Sunday in Deaconess Hospital, Billings, Mon.t

She was born in Hardin, Mont., a daughter of Daisy and Marion Cornelius, and married Joseph Fletcher on Sept. 1, 1946, in Sheridan.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Margaret Catron; two sons, Lance and George; her parents of Sheridan; three sisters, Elenor Gage of Cheyenne, Mary Durbin and Cindy Welch, both of Denver, Colo.; and eight grandchildren.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Methodist Church.

Champion Funeral Home had charge of cremation.
