Jack E. Jensen, 62, 290 Paradise Blvd., Melbourne, died Thursday.

Born in Sheridan, Wyo., he moved to Melbourne from Columbus, Ohio, in 1986.

He was a retired mechanical engineer and a research and development manager in Columbus.

He was a member of St. Sebastian's-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church.

He was a member of Cryogenics Engineering Conference, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Scientific Research Society of America, the International Institute of Refrigeration.

Survivors: wife, Mildred "Mitzi"; sons, John, Fairfield, Conn., Davis, Lomita, Cailf.; daughter, Linda Poniske, Brookhaven, N.Y.; mother, Elva, Sheridan, Wyo.; sister, Sally Brouillette, Boise, Idaho; two grandchildren.

Services: Monday 10 a.m at St. Sebastian's-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. Brownlie & Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne.
