Margie Joy HETH Ball Fields 1924 - 1999 SHS 1944

Margie J. Fields (Heth), 75, of Wenatchee, passed away Friday morning, April 16, 1999 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born April 18, 1924 in Wagner, S.D. to Jacob and Eva Bell (Kade) Heth. She graduated from high school in Sheridan, WY. She has made Wenatchee her home for 50 years, moving here from Billings, MT.

Margie Heth and James "Hoot" Fields were married Jan. 18, 1947 in Wenatchee. She was a member of the Wenatchee First Assembly of God Church. The interest and love of her life was her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed travel, especially shopping trips.

She is survived by her son, J. Gary Fields of Moses Lake; her three daughters, Sheila Ross of Wenatchee, Mrs. Greg (Joyce) Diede of Wenatchee, Mrs. Mark (Sheryl) Lindell of East Wenatchee; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; her brother, Clarence Heth of Spokane and her sister Mary Albin of Ardenvoir.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1994, her brother Clifford and sister Sue and her parents.

Service of commemoration will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 1999 at Betts Memorial Chapel. Pastor Jerry Beebe of Wenatchee First Assembly will officiate. Interment will follow at Wenatchee City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. and Monday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the North Central Washington Oncology Unit or Home Health and Hospice, 1300 Fuller St., Wenatchee.
