Ralph Emerson DeLapp, Jr., 75, of Toledo (Lincoln Co.) died of natural causes March 17, 2002, in Toledo.

DeLapp was born January 1, 1927, in Havre, Montana.

He was a retired electrician, rancher and mill worker.

DeLapp served in World War II as a radioman. He married Therese Eckland on February 14, 1948, in Alameda, California. She preceded him in death in February of 2001.

He is survived by his two sons, Ralph E. III, of Toledo and Charles of Anderson, California; a daughter, Donna Oswald of Los Angeles, California; brothers, Neil and Donald of Wyoming; and a sister, Dora Lupton also of Wyoming; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

No services are planned, and Bateman Funeral Home, Newport, was in charge of disposition by cremation.
