Marjorie Ruth BROWNE Scheeler 1925 - 2005 SHS 1944

CASPER - Memorial services for Casper resident Marjorie Ruth Scheeler, 79, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 3, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church by Fr. August Koeune.

She died Jan. 31, 2005, at Life Care Center of Casper.

Born Nov. 10, 1925, in Elyria, Ohio, she was the daughter of Christopher Louis and Louise Barbara (Stevens) Browne; and was raised and educated in Sheridan.

On June 6, 1953, she married Robert Scheeler. A devoted wife, mother and homemaker, she loved her grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years of Casper; two sons and their wives, Robert Scheeler of ' 1 SCHEELER San Diego and Joseph Scheeler of Casper; daughter, Kirsten Shelly, and her husband of Blackhawk, S.D.; two sisters, Nora Bender of Sheridan and Betty Nelsen of Wichita, Kan.; brother, George Browne of Loveland, Colo.; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Elizabeth.
