SHERIDAN -- Memorial services for Nina L. 'Sally' Felde, 82 will be 10 a.m. today, Feb. 29, 2008, at the First Christian Church with Pastor Doug Goodwin officiating.

Cremation has taken place.

She died Feb. 25, 2008, at the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

She was born Sept. 17, 1925, to Joseph Earl and Flossie Talley Martin in Humboldt, Kan. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1943.

She married Robert 'Bob' Adams, they were later divorced.

She married Ken Morris, they were later divorced.

She married Dave Felde in Sheridan.

She worked as a nursing assistant at the Sheridan VA Medical Center for over 19 years until her retirement in 1993.

She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed attending Eric's exercise class, having breakfast at Perkins with her walking group, camping, fishing, picnics, flowers, birds, and crocheting.

She was active in the BPO Does, the Red Hat Society, and volunteering at First Christian Church Thrift Store and the Senior Citizen's Center.

Survivors include her three daughters, Sandra Cooper and her husband of Richmond, Ky., Shirley Velos and her husband of Ranchester, and Judy Horsley of Sheridan, her son, Robert Adams and his wife of Grand Junction, Colo., nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, a large extended family and special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, LaVon Martin, and W.C. Martin.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to donor's choice.
