Eve Karen MADRIGAL Padilla 1924 - 1973 SHS 1943

CASPER - - Mrs. Eva Padilla, 49. former. Casper resident, died Aug. 29 in Las Cruces, N.M. following a long illness.

She was born Feb. 27, 1924 in Casper, attended school here, and lived in Sheridan for nine years.

She married Tito Padilla on April 16, 1943 in Riverside, Calif. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Wyoming Nurses Association, and the B.P.V. in Casper,

She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent M. Madrigal.

She is survived by her husband; one son Lawrence, Casper; four daughters, Ginger and Sandy, Casper, and Terry and Niki, Las Cruces; her mother, Mrs. Maria Madrigal, Casper; one brother Ruben Madrigal, Casper; four sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Connie) Guerrero, Mrs. Stan (Dora Mae) Henry, Mrs. Morris (Ruth) Booth,, and Mrs., Joseph (Jennie) Romero, all of Casper; and two grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday at Memorial Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be said at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Rev. Vincent Bauer Officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
