OBITITUARIES - BILLINGS GAZETTE - February 14 2006 BURBANK, Calif. - Theresa Susan "Tracy" Watson, was born Oct. 4, 1925, to Austrian immigrants, Joseph and Susanna Gruber, in Acme, Wyo., a coal mining town near Sheridan, Wyo. She was born a twin, to her twin brother, Richard Gruber. She attended Acme Elementary school and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1943.

Tracy moved to California during WWII and worked as a Western Union Telegraph Operator, then worked at Lockheed for 35 years.

She was married for 43 years to her loving husband, Larry, who died in 1988.

Theresa died Jan. 21, 2006, in Burbank.

She is survived by her twin brother, Richard of Billings; three elder siblings, Eddie (Deloras) Gruber of Sacramento, Calif., Frank Gruber of Greybull, Wyo., and Jo Benz of Lincoln City, Ore; her son, Richard and daughter, Tracy (Gary) Watson-Wynn; grandchildren, Jamie, Jeff, Christina and Priscilla; and four great-grandchildren all of California; and nieces, Kim Mork of Billings and Cindy Chambers of Redmond, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Watson, her parents and her older brother, Siegfried.

Tracy was a kind and encouraging presence for all who knew her. She also brightened the lives of her fellow seniors by singing with the Mellowtones Choir for many years.

She was a member of St. Frances Xavier Catholic Church, N.A.I.M., and the Patricians.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Valley Funeral Home in Burbank.
