Rose T. Favero, 78, of Sheridan died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at her residence. Rosary will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kane Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kane Funeral Home with the Very Rev. Eugene Sullivan officiating. Interment will be in the Eagles Section of Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

Mrs. Favero was born Nov. 24, 1923, in Dietz 8 to Leopold and Rose (Krzic) Podgornik.

She married Alex Favero June 1, 1947, in Hardin, Mont., after graduating from high school.

She worked as a cosmetologist for many years.

She enjoyed gardening and handwork.

She was preceded in death by her husband and four brothers, Louis "Louie," Leo, Tony and Edward.

Survivors include five nieces, five nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
