Joan Lucille CLINE Williams 1924 - 2012 SHS 1943

Oct. 10, 1924 - Feb. 17, 2012.

Joan passed on February17, 2012.

She was a devoted wife of 63 years, to Donald Amil Williams, whom preceded her in passing on November 29, 2011.

She leaves behind three sons, Wayne, Bruce and Mark as well as seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was born in Illinois, and then moved to Wyoming at age three. She was from a family of five children, one of which was her twin.

When returning home to Wyoming from a trip to Colorado, she met a young soldier on the bus. Sixty-three years later he was still the love of her life. As a young wife she followed her husband in a life that took them from the tops of telephone poles in Montana, to bucking bronco rodeos in Wyoming and property management in California. They settled in Reno thirty years ago.

She was an efficient bookkeeper by trade and a lifelong writer of short stories and poetry. Her greatest passion was that of being in service to Jehovah God.

She was loved and will be missed by family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on March 25, 2012 at 5:00 pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, located on Holcomb Ranch Road.
