Marie Erickson, 94, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital after a short illness.

The daughter of Lenora and Brady Surrena, she was born Feb. 19, 1924 in Banner, Wyoming.

Marie married Kenneth E. Erickson in 1951 in Sheridan, Wyoming. He preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2008.

Ken and Marie moved to Billings in 1951, where Ken worked in the Radio and Electronics field and Marie in the bakery of Buttrey's Market for many years.

Marie is survived by four children: Lois (Glenn) Wheeler of Billings; Victoria ‘Vicki' (William) Eichten of Minnesota and Fort Myers, Florida; David (Susie) Erickson of Santa Ana, California; and John (Devra) Erickson of Long Beach, California. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren: Andrine Hall, Danelle Seybert, Amber Hustad, Alison Skillman, Edward ‘Teddy' Eichten, Ricky Eichten (In Remembrance), Parker Erickson, Linnet Erickson, Kadi Erickson, and Jesse Erickson; as well as ten great-grandchildren.

Marie was preceded in death by three sisters: Gladis Woods, Betty Wilson, and Lenore Burkhart; and two brothers: Jesse Surrena and Ralph Surrena. She is survived by two sisters: Bobbi-Ann Flockhart of Sheridan, Wyoming; and Bonnie Teeling of Henderson, Nevada.

The family will greet friends at a Memorial Service for Marie at Heights Family Funeral Home in Billings at 10 a.m. on Saturday June 22.
