OBITUARIES - CASPER STAR-TRIBUNE - November 17, 2002

SHERIDAN - Funeral services for Sheridan resident Anna L. Randall, 77, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Sheridan by the Rev. Douglas Goodwin.  Burial will be in Acacia Section, Masonic Lodge No. 43, in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

She died Nov. 15, 2002, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

Born Nov. 25, 1924, in Monarch, she was the daughter of Ernest and Anna Louella (Morgan) Kester; was raised and attended elementary schools in the Ash Creek area; and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1942.  She then worked for the telephone company in Denver.

On Jan. 13, 1946, she married Robert W. Randall in Sheridan.

Following their marriage, she worked for an insurance company in Sheridan for a short period, then devoted her life to being a homemaker and mother.

She enjoyed spending time on the ranch on Ash Creek, being with the cattle; and farming.  A former member of Job's Daughters, she was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years of Sheridan; son, Gregg of Powell; daughter, Deborah Saunders of Houston; brother, Richard Kester of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
