RIVERTON - Services for Mrs. Eris McConnell, 55, will, be held at' 2 p.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Duane Ay res officiating. ,

Mrs. McConnell died Dec. 25,1979, following a lengthy illness.

She was born July 10, 1924 at Toledo, Ohio. She grew up in Story, Wyo., and graduated from Sheridan High School. She attended Woodberry Business College in California and the University of Wyoming.

On July 18, 1948, she married Ed McConnell at Torrington.

Mrs. McConnell had been employed by the Soil Conservation Service and the Geological Survey Offices.

She is survived by her husband Ed, Riverton; one son, Kelly, Salt Lake City; her mother, Mrs. Nella Connor, one sister Patsy Price, both of Cheyenne; and two brothers, Gerald Connor, Billings, and Vernon Connor, Cheyenne.

Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery with the Davis Funeral Home In charge of arrangements.
