Longtime Sheridan resident Conjetta ‘Connie’ Capillupo, 87, passed away on Tuesday, January 11 at Mountain Towers Healthcare in Cheyenne.

Conjetta was born April 1, 1923 in Kleenburn, Wyoming. She lived in Sheridan until moving to Cheyenne in 2006.

Connie worked as a bank teller for First National Bank and was a lifelong member of Holy Name Church.

Conjetta was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Mary Capillupo and her sister, Rose.

She is survived by three sisters; Nina Ostrander of Beaufort, South Carolina, Katie Smith of Sun City, Arizona and Evelyn Edwards of Gillette, Wyoming. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and family graveside services will be held in Sheridan at a later date.
